We recently had our kitchen faucet replaced and two faucets in our bathroom repaired for dripping. Dave Jahn from WF Hann and Sons was so polite and professional! He explained all the options and their costs. He made helpful suggestions and was quick with the report work. I felt totally at ease with Dave’s honesty and workmanship. I have had Keith to do maintenance on my furnace and air conditioner 15 years and he is the best! Knowledgeable, personable, will go the extra mile! So dependable when you really need service! Just recently my furnace stopped working. Keith came over that morning, diagnosed the problem and took the time to explain it to me, got right on the phone to order the parts and within a couple of hours it was up and running with a prompt text follow up to let me know. And Keith looks out for his customers and doesnt try to sell them things they dont need. Keith lets me know if its worth it to fix my old furnace or put the money into a new one instead of trying to just sell me a new furnace. And with his expertise and experience and how much he really cares about his customers, Keith is someone you can really trust. And my parents had him and loved him, too. Top notch professional. We love you Keith!!

Very impressed with the level of service. Every step from getting the quote and setting up the work to the install has been painless. The tech Dylan was awesome. We ran into some issues with a faulty water heater and after some troubleshooting a new unit was promptly being installed. Dylan, I'm sorry it was such a long day but I really appreciate you getting it done and done right. A sincere thank you from a happy customer.

The plumbing services provided to me by Hahn have been amazing. The technician Gabe was exceptional-highly skilled, thorough and patient with all of my questions. He triple-checked my sink to be sure there were no leaks where he had replaced some pipes. He also told me that I did NOT need a new garbage disposal and why removing the clog in the sink allowed the disposal to work. (He could have sold me a new one at a significant cost but that is not how Hahn does business). The bill was beyond fair with no padding (which I encountered with another plumber before I discovered the quality plumbing Hahn offers). I have dealt with the company for decades for my heating and cooling and have the BEST technician EVER-Keith. He makes sure I have reliable heating and AC. He is so skilled but also so kind and patient. I cannot say enough about this company and its employees. As someone who has no clue about any of this stuff, I am so grateful to have them when I need their expertise.

Dylan Wylie of Hann was GREAT! He was extremely thorough and informative in performing the annual maintenance visit. He fixed two minor but frustrating problems at no charge. He made practical suggestions on steps we could take to limit problems. And gave us honest advice on our old-ish kitchen faucet (likely good for a few more years).

I've never had a bad experience. The plumbers arrive within the expected time window. Both were polite and courteous and ready to get to work. The work was completed within the estimated time, they cleaned and left everything as they found it, and Gabe was good enough to explain what was done and when I should proceed to have my ceiling repaired and that I should check for leakage for about a week, and call if I noticed any problems with leakage.

Mike did a terrific job. Had the furnace installed and running same day so I was warm! Finished everything on the 2nd day. Great work and cleaned up both days! Can't ask for more.

I always appreciate service of W. F. Hann. Michael was so pleasant, patient, and efficient installing my new furnace. He thought I needed a space heater as the house was in the 40s and had 2 delivered to me. After the bitter cold week inside and out, that was much appreciated.
